Update to Death Investigation
Spokane Police Major Crimes detectives served a search warrant at the residence during the investigation. Probable cause was developed to arrest 59 years old, William W. Bost for Murder 2nd degree Domestic Violence. Bost was booked into the Spokane County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and no further details are available at this time.

The Spokane Police Department is on scene at a residence in the Finch Arboretum neighborhood conducting a death investigation.
On January 6th, 2018, just after midnight a Spokane Valley Officer was on a traffic stop around Dishman Rd and Appleway. A male, who was not related to the traffic stop, made contact with the Officers. During an interview with that male Officers were lead to believe there could be a deceased subject inside of a residence.
Spokane County Deputy’s and Police Officers responded to a residence in the 1000 Block of South Buena Vista Dr. Inside the residence they did locate a deceased adult.
Spokane Police Major Crimes is on scene investigating the death.
